At Irene Pre-Primary School, we value open communication and aim to resolve concerns promptly, respectfully, and fairly.
Parents are encouraged to speak directly with the relevant teacher first. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through open communication.
If the concern is not resolved, a written complaint may be submitted to the Principal. The school will respond within 5 working days.
A formal meeting may be arranged if necessary. The matter will be reviewed objectively, and a written outcome will be provided.
